Laughter is the best medicine.

It's been a busy few weeks here at 911, but not a single
project has been completed  (or photographed)....by me.

I've painted the dark stained trim in our front entryway, and I'm suffering from a slight case
of painter's remorse.  I know I'll be happy when it's all done, but it will take
some getting used to.  We finally have the old iron bed (with a new mattress and box spring)
back in the guest bedroom, but of course the old bed skirt is too short.  Sigh.
The window boxes have been repaired and I planted the flowers yesterday,
but I'm still deciding what cutout design I want on the wood shutters
we have yet to make.  I should be working on a  top secret project that's got
to be completed by Sunday morning.  I'll get to it in a minute.  :)
We've cleaned out our garage, and for the first time in years
we can actually walk through without tripping on junk!

While looking through boxes stored in the garage, I came across something I thought
I had inadvertently thrown away.  Even after all these years,  it still makes me laugh.

Apparently our daughter's teacher approved of her answers.
See if you can find the one that cracks me up.

I hope you find something that makes you laugh today.

Vickie

Pssst.  Happy Birthday to Tracy at Crow's Feet Chic !

  1. That's pretty funny! Even the picture she drew on someone laying on eyes!! Don't they come up with some of the funniest things? Thru the eyes of a child.....

One of my favorite things to do. I think that one deserves framing!

  23. So being goofy runs in the family? Just think, if you don't like the paint by the time you're finished, you can always strip it off and restain it. Because that wouldn't be any work at all!
