Lucky Lady

The time has arrived to pick the winner of my "blogiversary" prize giveaway.  As I stated in my last post, it would be a random drawing with a name drawn from a hat.....literally.

For the hat, I chose one of Bill's newly autographed hats.  I thought it kind of went with the "luck of the draw" theme.  So, without further ado................................
